Profile Problem? Only headset seems to work
I have used my SDA with the stereo headset/mic that came with the device from T-Mobile. Today, the phone would only work with the headset. Typically, if the profile is set to automatic, it switches between Headset and Normal depending on whether the headset is plugged in or not. Even when I set the profile to normal (no headset plugged in), I get no audio from the device speaker. People cannot hear me nor can hear them unless I plug the headset in. Speakerphone does not work either.

plug in the headset again and wiggle it a bit. It seems that there is a poor design with the SDA headset jack and sometimes it will stick, making the device think that a headset is still plugged in. I have had this issue and many others have too.
