Do not expect miracles or bells and whistles from a basic GSM cellphone. Making and receiving calls is what it is all about. You get a TFT display on a tiny screen which is a great perk. The size is really convenient. Got a problem with that then go post-paid and pay over $100.00 for a phone which will cost you more than your monthly bill. One thing that would be nice would be if this phone can be unlocked and used as post-pay and not have the minute balance software locked in the phone. 🙂

Expect to get somewhat incompetent customer service agents based out of Miami Florida. Everyone that answers has either a heavy accent or sounds like they would rather be somewhere else. Make sure you ask them everything that you need to know about the phone so you do not have to call them again. You will get different answers to the same question from different reps, so be prepared... 🙄

Buy the Cingular version if you want to do that.

Cingular Version shiny black ugly version with no rubber side grips like the net-10 version. Scratches easily. 😕
