Hey there,

For all of you that are experiencing this issue the fix is simple. This is possibly caused because the earpiece volume is turned right down. Simply hold the scroll wheel in for a couple of seconds and you should see the volume bar. You will probably find that it is turned right down, if it is turn it up from here using the scroll wheel. this will fix the problem.
