Wireless sync does not support gmail or hotmail. Try accessing it from just a web browser on the Q.

All you need to do is setup Gmail via the pop access on the Q, you also need to allow pop access from your Gamil account settings, one more thing in setting for Gmail unless you want all your mail set to your Q, you need to make sure Gmail keeps a copy in your IN box for downloading later.

gmail does work with wireless sync all you have to do is go to wirelesssync.vzw.com and set up any account. then go to gmail and allow pop access similiar to how you do it so outlook can pull your email.

E-mail address you would enter for verizon is @vtext.com, so what you do is enter the 10 digit number of your cell phone plus @vtext.com had a text will be sent to your phone via text message when you get a new e-mail. for alltel it is the same but the only difference is you enter your 10 digit cell number plus @message.alltel.com. for...
