I've seen incorrect information on both Motorola and VZW's websites in the past because of legal reasons.
Ex.: e815 does not support dun over bluetooth, and the limits on the size of memory cards their phones will accept.
That's why I would like to hear from someone that actually tried it.
So once again, has anyone tried to use the minisd wi-fi card on the Motorola Q yet?

your answer is over on the http://www.qusers.com/forum/ forum. lots of good stuff there.
The card does not yet work, but there is hope.

Thanks.
So it seems like the problem revolves around the manufacturer's drivers for the wi-fi card. Maybe a driver will come out for it in the future that will support the Q, or maybe another manufacturer will make one for the Q.
We'll see.
I guess the only choice for the time being is a data package from VZW.

I have successfully connected to the Internet through the USB cable and active sync, and I have successfully connected to activesync with blutooth, but didn't seem to actually sync anything. So, wireless bluetooth Internet access seems quite possible.
If I can get it to work then it's not WiFi, but better than nothing.

it works. just connect via activesync and then use the internet.
