This isn't a pda, it's a smartphone. There's a difference. The price will be $299 - two year. 😁

It's an internal site within the VZW intranet. It's not viewable unless you're a VZW employee and have access to our network. Any VZW rep will confirm that this device is now listed.

Well, to be honest the launch dates are listed as 5/24 - 7/2. I've listed this information in previous threads. The information has been released to customer service which usually leads to the handset being released onto the VZW website as "Coming Soon" then it will be released. I would like to say the phone will be released on the planned date, however if it were, then a lot of v710 settlements could possibly be used ... see where thats going?

I'm not touching anything to do with a V710 settlement with a 15 foot pole. Sorry.

I honestly don't even know if the 15 WFG applies to the V710 settlement. We've been advised to refer all customers to the website and not say anything at all. Literally. Which as any of the individuals affected by the V710 settlement knows that the website is just a bunch of legal crap. Excuse my diction 🤣.

If the price holds, the $419 for full retail for a smart phone isn't that bad. So if you do decide to upgrade your equipment and use your settlement upgrade prior to the handset being released, you can always to go ebay and sell the handset you purchased. Then turn around and purchase a Q at full retail.

Where? I guess theoretically it could be a factor. But with the settlements being spread out and I'm not certain how many people have receipts saved. I'm kinda doubting that they are weighing that against the revenue the handsets will generate for them when the get to end users.

the other reason the Q has not been distributed yet is VZW(mainly) and Moto are finalizing POP kits and other advertizing materal. We got training materal for setting up the Q for e-mail accounts and the exchange server. Also, pairing BT products. When surfing the web, say for example, you see a picture you want on the internet(on the q), you can use to q to copy and save the image, right to the phone. 🙂
Happy hunting guys.

Looks legit - I'll bite.

So - now my two questions:

1. Do you have an exact release date? Somebody in another thread said the 24th.
Normally I'd wait patiently - but I'm one of those v710 people who has to buy a replacement in time to send my v710 back by May 31.

2. What's the fastest way to get one? Will it be available on-line and in the stores at the same time? Is there a waiting list or a "best" way to get one quickly?

Thx.
