Motorola Q
End of April
K folks... got to talk to a Motorola rep today who had one of these... I got to play with it and think it's pretty cool, but definitely needs more testing done... he said the new "tenative" date is now end of April. Will let you know if I hear anything else... also, look for LBS to start coming to more Verizon phones in the future.

VerizonPro, any confidence in the new date? Also, how do you think it compared to the 700? Finally, any word on whether either the 700 or Q will run the blackberry connect software?

Fairly confident on end of April release... problem is, it could still be pushed back again if testing doesn't go well, so "tentative" is the word used... as far as the Blackberry stuff goes, haven't heard, but will probably use same stuff the Treo 700w uses which is Microsoft's own thing (and on the 700 is having problems with push too) should have a fix on the push issue around release date, anyway.

yeah, the microsoft thing isn't 100% yet (if ever). i understand the 700w and the q will run goodlink for corp "push" email.
