Is there any way to lock the ptt button when the phone is closed to stop pushing it by mistake?

Nope. I wish there was because I have the same problem. I have the horizontal universal case and I have to pull the phone out by the antenna so I don't keep sending a ptt invite to the #1 person on my list. Who is my Cingular boss. She just loves me because I am always calling her by mistake. 🙄
