The latest version of symbian phones can only be unlocked from the carrier that they are locked too, none of the online unlock places are able to do these phones and if they claim they do, they are either very rare in being able to or are a scam.

Check this guy out on ebay. He/she sells "iced out jewelry" but also sells Nokia unlock codes. It's cheap and this person has unlocked two Nokia 6620s for me. They'll provide you with the unlock codes usually within minutes of purchasing the code.Has good feedback.
