Help! E62 or 8525

I just won an E62 - and sold my 8125! Should I sell the E62 and get the 8525?!?

Might depend on what you are looking for. Here are some distinct differences, I think.

-I believe the E62 uses the Linux/Symbian platform, while the 8525 uses Windows Mobile. I think the Linux is fine, but there might be more programs and opportunities that come along with the Windows Mobile platform. Drawback is, I hear a lot of folks complaining about Windows mobile version. Never used it, so I can not say.

-8525 comes equipped with Wifi, E62 does not. Not sure if that is important to you or not.

-8525 is 3G (broadband speed) capable. E62 is not.

-The 8525 is much more expensive (approximately $400 w/2 year K).

All that, I still personally like the E6x versions. Think they are just so cool, and the web browser is nice....

Depends on what your needs are, I find the 8525 good for the people I call PDA-lite users.

and here is how you tell them apart
The average 8525 user will either be new to the PDA devices, or had a old Audiovox

and they will also ask the question
"Is this like the Sidekick?"

It's the multimedia features that sell this phone. 3G network, Cingular Video, Camera and in some cases PTT are all factors

To sum it up, it isn't as intimidating as a Blackberry to the avergae user ( sort of like the Blackjac...but not as cool) dare I say...it is a fun PDA?

The e62 user knows what he/she is doing more or less
and is either coming from a Blackberry or Treo

What is important to me is the calendar. Really that is the main thing i need it for. I would like the wifi, but it is not vital. The money is not really an issue. But it would be nice to have more program options. I think the reception would be better on the Nokia - would you agree?
