Cingular will launch their version the E62 middle to end of this month. Didn't get the details of the E62 vs. E61.

E61 has wifi and 3G, while E62 does not. I know a lot of people will probably be upset about that but it was a joint decision by Nokia and Cingular as a way of keeping the cost of the phone lower.

E62 also has a USB port instead of the Nokia pop port found on the E61. E61 also allows for vanity dialing (ex. 1-800-ROADSIDE) while E62 does not. That's about it.

IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO BUY ANYONE OF THE NOKIA E61/E62 FOR MY NEXTEL ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF GETTING THE BLACKBERRY RIM 7100I?

No. The E61 and E62 are both GSM phones. Sprint/Nextel uses CDMA. You need either T-Mobile or Cingular (the new AT&T!).

NO IT ISNT BECAUSE NEXTEL USES IDEN AND THE E61/E62 IS A GSM PHONE SILLY YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT

How do I get the vanity dailing...wanted to cal 1800 allstate but didnt know the numbers....I have the E62
