Can you be more specific? What are you trying to do?

And what do you have on your phone for email? You mention it in another post...it has an IM part to it? Can you tell me what you use or how you have it (unlocked phone?)?

I'm trying to add music to my phone!!
I'm trying to figure out the steps on how to format the memory card!!

I think that all RAZR V3is should have this:
Go to messages > push the menu button > and It should say E-Mail Setup or Setings something like that, can't remember. Put in you e-mail adress provider information and then you can use this feature for you emails. I don't think that you have the IM applicatrion on you phone. I got it from an update.

I also have mobile email. I got this from a guy at a store. He configures applications on phones. I went to cingular to see if they could put mobile email on my phone they said that they could, but they had to me a cingular phone (locked on that network).

now you undestand me!!!!!???...

Um, not really. Sorry. You are talking about mobile IM and mobile email...I know I am trying to find out more about it, but I don't understand what you wrote...How did you get the IM? What update??

Have you had the memory card in the phone already? Put it in and see what it says. Remove the memory card for the following:

To add music to your memory card, put the TransFlash card into the SD adapter (looks like an SD card with a space for the TF card) and put that into an SD card reader for your computer. When you open up the SD card that appears as a removable drive you should see folders with different names...Do you see those folders? You'll want to open your "mobile" folder and then see which folders that has inside. There ar...

Of course you can do this...I am confused about this statement:

"I formated the card on my phone but itunes does,'nt recognize itunes on my computer."

Should it read "iTunes doesn't recognize your PHONE on the computer"??

It is not about the memory card though...What version of iTunes do you use? Is it PC or Mac? Need to know number of version and platform (pc/mac).

If you have the correct version of iTunes, you should open it and plug the phone USB cable from the phone to the computer. You are right that it should recognize it (like if you connect an iPod). It would show up with a little phone icon instead of an iPod icon, and you can drag items there. I use iTunes on mine just fine. It has the dedicated iTunes button, and...

Do a search of this forum - I know there's a lengthdiscussion about this sometime around late August, early September. You do have the USB setting set to "data" right?

Also, I noticed in your review that you mentioned not being able to add multiple numbers to a contact's name. I'm hapy to tell you you can! Just add the phone numbers uder "more" and specify which one you want as "primary." Then, under phonebook, go to "setup" and select "view." Select "primary." THat was you can have multiple numbers for a person, but only see one number listed until you select their name and scroll through. You can have many numbers for the same person. Let me know if you have any problems doing this!
