Phone quality
This phone has many problems, there is a reason alot of companies have it free with a 2yr contract. I work for one of these companies, one particular issue we have encountered is alot of battery wet indicator's turning red when the device hasn't been near water. they easily absorbe moisture and void the warranty.
Also the screen tends to turn white really easy on the v3m and v3c's.
High recommend getting a differnet model, motorola has done much better, and there other phones are nice.
