Menu question

I just purchased a V3t (switched from an lg phone). Is there a skin, theme or something I can download so that the menus can be numbered so I don't have to scroll down to select it...I can just press the corresponding number. I can't believe motorola phones don't have this feature. This is my first "razr" and this is a basic feature on most cell phones.
