i jus spoke to a CSR lady, and she said that her computer says that the phone was supposed to be released last month, but it is now going to be released in september.

I spoke with a rep from amazon on monday and they told me that the phones where cingular branded, as well as I also called Cingular today and they told me they knew nothing. It seems like I can get more information from corporate stores here in Detroit at least.
