Picture Messaging Problem!!!

my Razr V3i can't sent picture msgs at all for some reason. each time i try to send a pic, it takes a while to process and finally ends up saying "Unable to send." I know that the phone has picture texting capability, but i don't know what's wrong. please help! 😢

i think i might have just figured out why i can't send the pictures, Are the pics too large??? is that the problem? all i did was try to send a pic that i took with the camera on the phone...if that's the problem, how can i resize the pictures so they're smaller?
