Great Phone... don't wait for Cingular...
I have this phone, and I didn't pay much more than what Cingular will charge for it, if they release it.
It was simple to install the latest flex, flash, and language pack, and it was easy to program for Cingular.
It's an overall a better phone than V3.

I've had the phone for about 3 months. I've never flexed or flashed, and I don't know how to do that or why I would. What does flexing and flashing add? And how easy is it to do?

You'd want to flash/flex to resolve known bugs, which the original 3i version had, or you can flex or flash to get rid of branding from a particular carrier.
