RAZR software question/frustration..
Got a RAZR software question/frustration..
What if I wanna store some sort of information along with a phone number in my address book? Like, a friends extension at work. His number is 510-455-4555 and his extension is 3434. Seems like a pretty standard thing that my old phone had. Theres no place to put that in the RAZR, is there?
theres so much room for this phone to save info and its software simply doesnt allow it. Any tips? links to helpful sites?

hey now kids, calm down....even tho this is the v3i forum, i will help you anyway 😁 . to store extensions and things like that, when you are storing the number, hold down the star key until a "p" shows up, then enter the extension. this will pause the tones on the phone and automatically enter them at the appropriate time. you will need to kinda time it and see how many pauses you need to enter before you can enter the extension, just a little trial and error....anyway, the number should show up in your phone book as 330-555-1212ppp1234....hope this helps!!

The OS is different for this phone than for yours, and the fix wouldn't NECESSARILY be the same. So, I was TRYING to direct you to the correct place to get an accurate answer.
