you are thinking of the V3c this is the V3i forum which is a gsm phone, Verizon will never have this phone.

To be honest with you. I sold out a couple of the L7 slvrs already. So far they like it. Just activated them today. It comes with a 512mb card and has what will seemingly be the same capabilities as the v3...just non flip. I would only go with the 357 if you wanted the PTT capabilities.....or get an unlocked vers. of the V3 off of wirelessimports.com or so. Maybe worth it if you want to have the latest and greatest before anyone else with cingular?!?! I am thinking about doing the same myself to be honest.

Have you purchase any phones from wireless imports? I would like to buy a v3i but gun shy.I bought a v3 from myworldphone.com and it had India writing on the keypads for numbers,it on roam all the time but everyone tells me not to worry about it.I would just like to buy a phone with English stuff and work right from the start .Any advice. Thank you

I'm just like you in being gunshy. I have read a few people buying off of there and a few others so I guess if you search you can see what they have to say but other then that idk. At one point they were selling a "locked" cingular phone with itunes on it...I would imagine its all in english. I wish I could help out more.
