Browser Settings
I'm really enjoying the v3i. My version came from Hong Kong. That has posed some problems, one of which is get browser settings to work. Does anyone know how to do this?

There are tons of threads on www.howardforums.com that contain the Internet settings. You will NOT be able to use Media Net, but if you download mini.opera.com's browser, it should work fine.
As to the MMS settings, delete what you have now and create the following default:
Service Name: MMS
Server Name: http://mmsc.cingular.com
Web Session Name: Media Net
This has worked for me.

Use the V3 setting for you V3i... works like a charm if you have CINGULAR 🙂

I concur. I just got a v3i friday 2/10/06 and this worked like a charm. Nice to see they updated this for the orange side now... 🙂 Now if they could fix the routing of text messages so they display who they come from rather than random numbers all will be happy in Cingularville....
