There is a company in New York called Mobilebee, you can order it online. Sinced the phone has not been released it has no warranty and has a pretty steep price tag.

cingular will most likely be carrying this phone in march. 🙂 i have it and got it from cellularconcepts there website is their name with .com after it.i don't know the rules on posting web Addy's so i figure I'm safe with that. they were very helpful on the phone and i got next day shipping and it got here at 10:30 the next morning. they also threw in alot f accessories
