URGENT - Need a Quick Response RE: Total Call Time

GatewayJen

How do you find out how much TOTAL CALL TIME you've already used on your Samsung Blade? I've been through all the menus and can't figure this one out. If anyone can respond to this one TODAY, it would be greatly appreciated.

Go to Web from the main menu. Then choose option 0 (My Account). Next, choose option 2 (Current Usage). This should get you to a display of your usage.

Thanks, gatman, but this only shows me how many minutes I've used currently in my monthly plan. what I'm looking for is the total minutes used on THIS PARTICULAR PHONE. Do you know if there's any way to do that?

Do you mean that you have switched phones and you want to see how many minutes of your total minutes this month were used on your new phone? If so, I have no idea how to do that.

I did switch phones. However here was a manufacturer defect in the outer LCD, so I was going to send it back to where I bought it for an even exchange. One of the company's policies for returns is that you don't have a total talk time on the phone that exceeds 30 minutes. I can't figure out how to find out the total talk time that's been used on the phone so far.

If you call Customer Care, they should be able to tell you how many minutes you have used on the phone. They know when you swapped your device and they can see how many minutes you have used since the swap. I don't know of any way to get this information from the phone itself.

On Sprint phones, the only way you can see total lifetime of the phone's usage (i am assuming that is what you want to see: how many minutes you've used the phone since you purchased it) is by taking it to a sprint store and having the tech hook it up on the ccs (brand we use) machine. other than that, sprint does not have an option on the user menu. why? i do not know. they just don't. so if you feel like waiting two hours.... that's how.
