The "Digitally Signed" thing means that someone at Microsoft has actually tested the driver to see that it's fully compatible with Windows. This doesn't necessarily mean that it's bad for your computer, just that Microsoft does not guarantee it's stability with their operating system. Click continue and you should be fine with the driver install.
