Drivers are setup....now what?

I got the drivers and everything installed and the computer recognizes the phone so I am good there. What software should I be using if I want to transfer pics, ringers, things like that? Bitpim doesn't recognize it and the only copy of PC link I can find is in Korean. What is everyone using?

DOH!!!!!!!!!! 🤭 Nevermind, I am an idiot LOL I am used to VZW and having to have something to crack the phone with before I can do anything with it connected 🤣 What makes it worse is that I am actually a tech for Sprint 🤣
