Phone Turning Off by itself(any help or get another phone)
ive had a900 for about 4 months and recently it has been turning off by itself just randomly. Is there a fix or should i just get a new phone from sprint

Try taking out the battery while the phone's still on, if it keeps on happening I would get a new phone. I had that phone for a month and in that time I went through two because both of them were doing that, among other things. So you might have a defective phone, but go to a Sprint store and have them run a diagnostic.

The phone turning itself off or powering down cannot be detected when Sprint staff does a diagnostic on it. I was told this Officially by a store mgr. I am going through same thing, 2 days ago i got a new phone because the old one was powering off by itself, but that phone had other issues also that grew into a horrible experience with using the phone. My new 900 is 2 days old, and already has turned itself off while I was trying to make a phone call. I am waiting to hear from Sprint - regarding this issue. I spoke with Tech Support at Sprint today and they suggested getting a different phone model.
