Best way to make MP3's into ring tones

Follow these steps and you should have no probs.

1.) Make a copy of the song you want to use
2.) Open the copy in iTunes and right click the song and go to "Get Info". Under the Options tab change the start and stop time to whatever 30 seconds of the song you actually want to hear.
3.) Now again right click the song and select "Convert to AAC". Once conversion is done, save the AAC file as a name and in a place that will be easy to find. (I made a folder on my desktop named "ringers")
4.) Go to http://funformobile.com/pages/ringtone/upload Ringtone.php?nofile=1 and put in your phone number with area code, select Sprint and then browse for the AAC file and then click "Send to Phone".

I followed the steps above but it's not working. I convert the file to ACC, but when i drag the file to my ringers folder, it drags the complete song, not the edited one. What am I doing wrong?
