I can't believe they push stuff like this on us. Where's the Bluetooth? The lack of that feature is not acceptable to me, and it should not be acceptable to you. And what's with antenna? That's a sure way to date yourself. Samsung and Moto have figured this one out; come one Sanyo. This phone looks 4 years old and is obviously unpopular (check the reviews and the net). I won't even start about how ugly it is.

Pros
Screen
Sound Quality
Memory Card

Cons
No Bluetooth
External Antenna
Ugly Inside & Out
Very Bulky
Very Long

Come on man!! You must never have owned a Sanyo. You say the main fault in this phone is the lack of bluetooth. You've got to understand that that is not a big feature to some people at all. Also know that Bluetooth is a big power consumption.

I can also tell you that I have never taken a Sanyo back for return because the person had problems w/ signal strength. But, I have taken a lot of LG 225s and Samsung A840s back because of that problem, w/ internal antenna.

Ugly is an opinion, get over yourself.

And last, a guy with big hands and fingers like a phone that's this size, not something "dainty".

The 9000 is a great phone, great speaker, great reception, easy to use keypad, good sized not so dainty unless you are a girl, its the perfect size.

I guess when it comes to bluetooth, theres a few things YOU havent figured out yet!!
By the way, no one likes interacting with a bluetooth zombie who walks about aimlessly talking to their ear out in public. since cel phones havent ...
