Samsung SGH-T809 / SGH-D820
Good or Compatible Bluetooth headset for this phone
I have had my T809 for a few months now, and I have just decided to buy a bluetooth headset for myself and my G/F.
I figured heck, might as well buy an Samsung headset, same maker so must be the most compatible.
I went online and ordered the Samsung WEP200 bluetooth headset because it got decent reviews and I finally got it today. AFter charging it, I experience disconnects, static, sound dropping here and there and moments of silence followed by a disconnect. I read the manuals for the phone and headset with no luck. I now realize that I am WAY past the 30 day return policy but I only now decided to get a bluetooth cuz I was tired of having a sore neck or tired arm from talking as I was driving.
So any advice as to:
1)Fix this damn thing
2)What I can do or get from Tmobile
3) (Last resort) Swallow the loss and get some reccomendations on a great Bluetooh headset!
I read in some prior forums that the people were saying that it's a phone issue that should be known by Tmobile but they never fixed it nor acknowledged the problem, but does that mean that no bluetooth headset will work???? I am kinda sick right now cuz my friend bought a new razor and two different headsets he bought for it works great and here I am with (IMO) the better phone, and I can't get a simple bluetooth headset to work!!!
Any help with be much appreciated folks!
