😢

I have this phone and the signal is really bad. it goes from one bar to 4 bars and back and forth.

I am so unhappy with this phone, i am selling it on ebay because tmobile will not let me exchange it after my 15 day return time and get the motorola peble.

Wow, I've been selling phones for 2 years now and this complaint is what I hate most. If a person is told there is a 14 day return policy.... why would they let you return it after? They clearly told you it was only 14 days. Why take the loss and make exceptions frveryone?

I'm not sure if this is quick enough to help you out. But I have (had) the Samsung T809, until last night when I dropped a ton of calls and the reception kept going in and out.

A 60 minutes call with T-Mobile and they found in their database that this phone is problematic based on it's manufacture date. Mine was manufactured 2/20/2006, and it's a HIT. Defective. It's just like the RAZR phone, only this one they aren't telling everyone and/or releasing that info until you call and provide the manufacture date under the battery.

Hope this helps. I'm switching to the Blackberry 8700g since I've never really heard of any recalls on a Blackberry.

Good luck man.

Dont get the pebl. If your looking for something better then the t809 get a v3i. the pebl is an ok phone but for the price you can get a v3i on ebay. the pebl is to feature lacking.

What area (City/State) are you in where you're using the phone?

I don't know what you ended up doing but mourer is right. Based on when the phone was made, they had soldering problems which the internal antenna ends up crapping out. It took me 2 weeks of insistent calls and finally getting to a tech who handled this. Mine crapped out in August.

If it's that they WILL replace it at no charge to you less shipping and handling since you have a 1 year warranty on the phone.
