Samsung SGH-T809 / SGH-D820
Phone Freezes . . . . Need Help, Please!
Can anyone offer some kind of info on how to get my D820 from repeatedly freezing? Here's the scoop. . . .
I'll slide it open and where "Unlock" normally changes to "Menu" . . . it doesn't change. Nothing will get it to work unless I power down and then back on. But once I've turned it back on, it works fine for a couple of hours and then freezes again.
Is this a software issue or what? It's the second handset it's happened with. The first one I returned because I thought it was the handset . . . . the second does the same as the first.
One more thing, there's a blue icon that has now come up to the top left, close to the signal meter. . . my best description would be a siren. I don't see it in the manual. What the hell is it?
