Samsung SGH-T809 / SGH-D820
Data kit w/ CD software
I just got the T809 yesterday and the CD did not come with my case. Was it supposed to or do I need to buy one from e-bay or the T-Mobile dealer? Thanks

The CD and usb cable came in the box though i do have a lil trouble with the usb connection

mine did. but im assuming if you got the cable then they will give you the cd as well.

I just downloaded the link and after it loaded, when I tried to open the link, it said that it did not support the operating system. I tried it with Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Neither one worked. Is there any certain operating system that it needs to be downloaded and opened with to work?

downloading with a different browser is not going to fix the operating compatability. but according to that link samsung only offers software for windows 2000 and windows xp. if you are running either of them and its still not running...i don't know what to tell you

I realized that a little after I posted the comment. I am on Windows 98 2nd edition but I can get Windows 2000, so I'll be getting that. Comes with a small price, I'm going to lose the majority of things on my computer but I needed the upgrade anyway. I'm a little behing on the technology advances! THANKS
