cant connect to the computer
i got the phone but i dl the software and usb software but but the computer wont recognize the cll phone i went to connect and clicked usb and prssed ok but it says not connected plz help and my computer is charging so i dont know whats wrong plz help!

You must go into USB settings on the phone and set it to MODEM in order for the PC to recognize the phone to use the Samsung software. If the USB is set to Mass Storage mode, you can read and write to the memory card directly through My Computer.

I had problems connecting with the software through the cd installation. You may want to try downloading the software from Samsung's website. Don't know what the difference is, but I didn't have any more problems.
