Bluetooth NIGHTMARE
I have a moto H500 and for some reason when bluetooth is enabled it connects my headset fine. But, when i make or take a call. It automatically says "bt headset off". So, now I try to go to options and then click on "switch to headset". Guess what? It does not do anything at all. A solution I discovered is to turn off the headset while the call is still in play and turn it back on. The headset works. That is not a good solution. Why does it enable my headset and connects it? But, when its time to take and receive a call. It disconnects. Can somebody HELLLLPPP MMMMEEE? This is my second phone of the same model..first I thought it would a one in a million thing to have that same problem..But, now its my second phone and it does t...

Its your headset...replace it...I use the same phone with the same headset and i have no issues...replace your headset

Its not necessarily the headset. Me and my boyfriend have the same phone and his headset works fine on my phone. However, his phone rejected my headset too. He got a new phone due to that problem.
