Samsung PC Studio - Edit Songs Problem

Hey guys, I've got an important question. I can't seem to get the song editor on the software to actually edit songs. I can open an .mp3 file in the program, but can't do anything with it. I can't find much on a "how to use" type explanation, so I'm kinda lost. Anyhelp?

What are you trying to do? Shorten the song or wat?

Yeah, I'm just trying to shorten the songs mainly. How'd you get yours to work?
