Uploading Photos

Hey guys, i just got this phone and love it. But one question, how do you upload photos from a computer to use as your background? I read all the stuff on the size of the photos, but have yet to figure out the actual transfer to the phone..

use the trans-flash card in the sd card in your computer... or use the usb cable

...

yeah obviously use the USB cable, but i dont know how to upload the photos when connected with the USB..

...
