ive been playin' wit my pc and my fone tryin' to figure out how to convert my mp3's to the 3gp...is there a program u use?also,is there a program u use to cut the mp3's cuz i know it can only be 30sec long...help plz...if u can give me step by step instructions on how to convert mp3 to 3gp and how to cut the songs...

Also, you don't HAVE TO cut the songs down, but its done to save memory, or to use only a portion of the song.
