Samsung SGH-T809 / SGH-D820

This may be a stupid question, but i know with my other samsung phones, you aren't able to have the phone vibrate AND ring at the same time. it has to vibrate first, and then ring. Is it the same with this phone or can you make it do both at once?

Also, i know there was an issue with using mp3s as ringtones, but that was solved by renaming them. are there any other little things that get annoying with the phone? and i am planning on buying this phone unlocked (i'm from canada on rogers), is there a better phone i should wait for or is this one that good?
