Phonebook and other memory issues...

I'm planning on exchanging phones with the 30-day phone exchange deal because sometimes people can't hear me and I get cut off. Now if all my phonebook entries are on the phone and not on the SIM card, anyway I can save the entries and put them on my new phone? I've though of just writing all 203 of them down and manually putting them back in but other than that? I need to exchange my phone today/tomorrow so please let me know quickly! Thank you!

your phone should have an option to copy all your contacts to the sim card. I have yet to find this option on the t809 though ☹️
