phone not connected
i was hoping some one can help me i installed the usb drivers and the samsung work shop but i cant get the phone to connect

I don't use the workshop, but is you phone USB settings set up as Mass Storage or Modem?

I want to help, but you have to be a bit more specific with your problem. When you connect your phone, what happens besides the fact that it isn't recognized?
Also, as mentioned earlier, it's easier (imo) to use the phone simply for mass storage. I personally use the transflash card and put it into the card reader on my computer and transfer files that way. Afterwards I just put everything onto my phone later.

when i connect the usb nothings happening its say phone not connected on the bottom of the box. i did buy a card reader but when i moved pic to the card i cant veiw them there to big.any help u can give would be great

i had ezact same problem go to ur settings then reset the settings default password is 00000000 then set usb setting to odem and bingo
...
