Samsung SGH-T809 / SGH-D820
My USB won't connect!!
I installed all of the files on the samsung cd, connected my usb to both my pc and phone, but now on the samsung program it keeps saying not connected. I went to file, connection, USB, connect, OK...but it still won't work...a little help?? 😕

Wait, i just found the other thread that covered this issue...now if I'm not mistaken I thought you need to be in Mass Storage mode to do the mp3 ringtones...??

The manual says to put it in Mass storage mode but it still didnt work when i tried. Im not sure what you use but i use Windows XP. I think there is smoe sort of conflict with the software. I said screw it went to Radio Shak and for 29.99+ tax i got one of those USB cards readers. That works fine. when you plug it in it brings up a winow with folders in it labeld "MP3's" "pictures" ect... then i just click and drag what i want in or out of the folders...works fine for me...

yeah, i had mine on modem and it wouldnt connect. then change it over to mass storage and it found it... dont know if that helps but yeah GL.
