Just go to the link, and select the 7100i. Then download the latest software upgrade which is v4.1.0.525. Installit on your hard drive, then run the blackberry desktop manager software to install it. Be patient it takes quite a while to install for some reason. If you need help converting mp3 files to wav I would take a look at blackberryforums.com. They have an excellent thread going right now that talks all about this update and what it all enables on the device.
