Tons of trouble getting the phone to charge
Does anyone else have issues getting the phone to charge?
I have no idea why they designed the charger the way they did, but it really sucks. It doesn't lock in and at least mine has to be at the perfect angle when it's plugged in to insure a connection. I usually have to put a weight on the part that plugs into the phone in order for it to be sitting properly.
The problem is even when the red charging light is on and the screen says charging it still won't charge. For example if I'm down to 5% it will show that it's charging, but never increase over 5%.
Arghhh. So annoying.
Is it just the cord that's bad or is there another solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
