Palm Treo 700w / 700wx

I just got a 700wx, and I could recieve calls just fine until my girlfriend messed with the settings (I think). Now when I receive a call, the phone status changes to "call in progress" and the voice alert says "call from X (the person) at X (mobile, home etc.)" but I cannot recieve the call. Hitting the greean button does nothing and then the call just goes to missed calls. If I turn the voice command off, I get no notification of the call what so ever other than the "call in progress" in the status bar. Any ideas? Thanks
