So, whats the primary complaint you experience and read about with the 700W??? The FACT that you have to reset it right? Well, did it ever occur to you morons to include in your nightly routine of connecting it to the charger to reset it first? I know, it adds 10 seconds onto the time it takes to connect to the charger but that's less than one hour in a YEAR to ensure that "it locks, I have to reset it, that sucks!" never causes you a problem when your using the phone...

So, tell me, what other phone provides the same functionality and solid cell phone capability without some similar glitch? ...Hmmm, I think that would be done.

Get over yourselves and your amazing ability to find the one problem the phone has that take less than an ho...

How can you call the phone "solid" when, uh, it needs a nightly reset?

And this isn't about one problem-- even a *hard reset* on this model doesn't fix its ailments.

I'm on my 6th replacement which will soon find a happier owner via Ebay.

Although it's only been 4 days, something tells me my new 700p won't force me to spend 30+ hours on the phone with VZW DTS and Palm Support, hacking away at registry entries, deleting and managing rapi.dll like I'm a raving lunatic, uninstalling and re-installing Activesync like it's going out of style, messing with TCP/IP drivers, etc.

Amen! After having more phones this year than all the other 25 years of my life, I've come to the conclusion taht if it's made by humans, then it's bound to fail; it's just a matter of which phone fails the least.

That's so weird, my 700w hasn't had any problems whatsoever, Reseting the phone literally takes as much time as it does to plug the phone in for charging. You guys are so pampered.

Please tell me where this unique perfect phone is that you apparently have had because I too would like a phone that is completely flawless.

While we're on the topic, people cannot complain about freezing. I know from personal experience that certain pages (like MySpace) take up mad room. Don't blame the PDA/Smartphone for every freezing that happens. They can't do all that a laptop or normal pc can; but they're nice to have.
