Palm Treo 700w / 700wx

Hey i have the 700WX treo i bought the unlimited pda package which gives me unlimited data transfer for the internet but the problem is when i try to connect it is saying that the modem is not found and it automatically connects on dial up 1x service is there anything i need to know about setting up the broadband connection if anyone has info on this please let me know thanks 🙂
