UTStarcom PPC-6700 / XV-6700 / HTC Apache
Verizon XV-6700 Error Code: 37
My wife and I each got the XV6700.
She has a data plan and I do not...
She has had nothing but trouble with this phone. I think she just doesn't know what she is doing..
Anyways she just hard reset her phone and got this error...
Error Code: 37
Miscellanous Erroneously Mobile IP Set up occurred
And yes the word Miscellanous is MISSPELLED on the phone....
Anyone know what this error implies..

I am getting this error too, when tethering the XV6700 to a notebook PC. The odd thing is the cause in my case is something on the PC side. I have 3 of these phones and they all do the same thing. However when connected to other laptops, they are fine. I think it has to do with a software component or more likely a networking component or setting that is causing this issue. Has anybody ever had this special case and been able to resolve it? I would really like to know.
