I have the same problem. They swore it had water damage. I don't know of any water damage. It actually started after i began using my wired headset because my bluetooth headset was dead. Now a week using this with only headsets. It's rediculous. I thought i found the perfect phone. I activated this one 12/12/2007. 4 months... Time to go back to the kiss theroy with phones. I had the Samsung PDA and went through 5 in 2 years. Never water damage, never dropped. I can't believe these expensive things break so often on their own.
