It is NOT FREE. You have to register. IT has a 7 day free trial. Check the website.

Well, when I got it i was free. I downloaded it about 7 months ago, and it's still working fine. I never payed a dime...

How is what? I 'googled' the program when I first got the phone. I downloaded it, and it never said anything about it being a trial. It was just.....THERE. I still use it all the time...

p.s. I don't know, maybe they started charging for it after I got it... Also, this was a long time ago, so it might have been a different site.
