NEED HELP WITH PPC6700

HOW DO YOU PUT HARD PAUSES ON PHONE NUMBERS THAT YOU SAVE??( WHEN CALLING YOUR BANK, CUSTOMER CARE, ETC ).

ALSO HOW DO YOU USE SMS MESSAGING WON'T LET ME SAY MY MESSAGE?????

As far as the pauses just enter the letter p where you want a pause.
