how cqan i get my phone to text me when i recieve an email? my 6600 used to text me. ive got multiple emails on my 6700 and i cant get them to notify me unless im on that email account. thanks in advance

if you're using hotmail by msn then you can set up mobile alerts via the settings/options tab when logged in. *just have all your other email acct's fowared to your hotmail that way all your emails get to your phone. Whenever I get an email my phone sends me an sms... Thank GOD I have ulimited sms otherwise I'd have a bill the size of Star Jones' lipo bill! 😳

yeah, you can set up hotmail to send you an sms "text message" to your 6700. I get an sms every time I get an email. it gives me the from info and subject. I just got one while replying to your already answered question. hope it helpd. DL

I use Outlook and under options/rules & alerts you can create a rule to forward you email to your mobile device. I don't want a bunch of emails coming to my phone so I list the emails I want forwarded to me by listing the people (about 6). I can turn the rule on or off any time I want.
